"Wonderful staff - polite and professional. Property is falling apart and the owner should be ashamed. There are cracks, visible seems in drywall in ceiling, patched holes (and unpatched holes) in walls, the sink had a crack, the toilet clogged, the HVAC was old and loud. We had to lift the door to get it to close. Some of these issues exist in each Quality Inn I have stayed in the last few years. No real quality left in Quality Inn."

"The parking was good and the room was great, the breakfast could’ve been better if there were chocolate chips or blueberries for the waffles, but the one thing we could not get over, was how amazing the staff was, they were very kind, they helped with anything and everything they could, we enjoyed the stay very much and we will be staying there again if in the area."
