"Breakfast menu was good, staff at the lounge was good. Checking in was not so good, they wanted to charge me $25 to check in 15 minutes before the time. I think it would be better to say the room is not ready yet the saying your room is ready but is not 2 and if you want it now it will be an extra $25. That I think is ridiculous, which took away from my experience."

"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"

"Good food options including breakfast buffet which was great. Clean and well maintained property. Staff were very professional. My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."

"The hotel seems laid back, wasn’t super busy. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is nice. The jets in the jacuzzi were so powerful though that you could not necessarily sit back. You had to sit towards the edge of the seat because they were shooting the water everywhere to the point where it was even soaking the floor surrounding it. The hotel has a bar/restaurant/coffee bar that offers a limited selection of food. The bartending that was working was new so she was still getting the hang...
