Buffalo Airport Hotel
The bathroom sink was clogged and I pulled out so much hair and gunk. When someone came by to plunge it, they left a mess for me to clean up. Manager was pleasant to work with, however.

Garden Place Hotel
Staff was excellent, room was spotless. The condition of the room was poor. Half the outlets were hanging out of the wall. And they didnt work. I understand the hotel is under renovation but that is something that should be stated in your reviews when suggesting a hotel. Let the guest decide if they ...
