"Request for Partial Refund Due to Unsatisfactory Stay
I would like to request a partial refund for my recent stay at La Quinta Inn, which I booked through Hotels.com, due to several issues that significantly affected our comfort.
The bathroom exhaust fan was completely non-functional throughout our stay. As a result, the bathroom quickly filled with hot steam during showers, making it feel very stuffy and uncomfortable.
In addition, the bed frame/mattress made persistent squeaking noises with even minor movement. This caused repeated disturbances during the night and negatively impacted the quality of our sleep.
While we appreciate the other aspects of the property, these maintenance issues detracted from what we expected based on the booking. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, I kindly request that Hotels.com consider providing a partial refund or appropriate compensation.
