Disliked: Cleanliness, communication

INSTALAÇÕES FIÉIS AS DA FOTO, MAS A LIMPEZA, RUIM!

A primeira impressão o quarto e instalações foram satisfatórios, bom espaço, infraestrutura ótima (localização, piscina, lavanderia e conveniências). A parte ruim da experiência foi que o quarto tinha forte cheiro de cigarro, e haviam nos informado que era proibido fumar, a questão da higiene achamos bem ruim, havia cabelo e sujeira no chão (embaixo das camas terrível) e a luminária do quarto estava queimada. Contatatamos o Sr Ayres administrador da hospedagem, e ele prometeu a troca da lampada (o que não ocorreu, tendo eu que trocar a da sacada pela do quarto pra não ficarmos 4 dias no escuro) e solicitei uma limpeza higienização, o que ele leu e ignorou.
