"I did three different resorts at three different cities. Bacalar Playa Del Carmen and Cancun. My favorite resort was Cristalino by far. The front desk were so nice very kind great service and always smiling. The food was cultural and very delicious. The view you get while eating at the restaurant on site is the best! The pool was warm so when it was chilly it was great. The lagoon view from my room was great. The house keepers were great! They left my room spotless every time. The transportation was easy they order you a taxi, with in 5 to 10 minutes he was outside. The room service was fast and easy, your food was in your room with in 20 to 25 minutes. Close to the city but far enough for it to be peaceful and quite. I recommend this place 5 out of 5. "

"The room I reserved was very spacious and roomy. Are room was cleaned every day by the maids. It was left spotless for us plus enough towels and beach towels we had for every day use. The staff were amazing. They were very nice and attentive to all of us. We were a total of 5 guest. But the view of this boutique was breath taking. "

"Excellent place to stay, clean and spacious room, staff very friendly but the most remarkable thing is that we left the safe box open with our valuables, passports and cash before they clean the room and everything was there, when we returned, nothing was missing 😀 and the place is amazing the lake 3 minutes away from our room. "Breakfast included is just coffee and toasts plus papaya in case you like it… anything else has a cost. Location is perfect in the lake in front of a nice island. Having kayaks is a plus!!!"
