The room was tidy, clean, and well presented on arrival, which we really appreciated. The temperature in the room was also very comfortable, creating a nice environment to relax in after a long day. An easy stay, had no issues in our time there. Unfortunately we were ground floor so could not enjoy spending time outside as there are three rooms sharing a communal outside area. In addition to this there was also lots of noise from neighbours in the last two days however this is not the hotels ...

The room was very comfortable and clean and close to the 'main hub'. Communication happened mainly via whatsapp and was efficient and timely with clear instructions. We visited Margaret Island, which wasn't on our original itinerary and really enjoyed it. Lunch at the Grand hotel was fantastic and the spa next door was wonderful. The island itself is very picturesque and a nice place to walk and view the city.

Didn’t expect too much, but Budapest stole our hearts and tastebuds. Food was delicious and plentiful, typical home/comfort food. Restaurants and staff spoke good English, even the little ones off the broken path. Fantastic history and buildings.
