Good location , the flat was not were the reception was and were it lookes beautiful like in the pictures, the flat was very close but a bit more older building, inside was a comfy bed ...bathroom needed some extra clean !!! And perhaps some fresh paint soon...

Tullessa huoneessa haisi tupakka. Runkopatja oli rikki ja muhkurainen, wc-pöntön istuin oli rikki ja irti, seinän nänaulakko oli irti, kalusteiden vetimiä puuttui. Kylpyhuoneessa haisi virtsa, matto oli likainen, lakanoissa rasvatahroja.. Huone oli hankala löytää ja pimeiden käytävien valot eivät syttyneet itsestään. Sekä huoneen että käytävien ovissa oli likaisia tahroja. Ajoittain muista huoneistoista kuului meteliä. En yöpyisi uudestaan.

El departamento es lindo, ubicado en una zona antigua de la ciudad pero cerca de transporte público. El departamento podría estar mejor cuidado, teníamos una silla rota y parte de las hornallas de la cocina no funcionaban. Podrían cuidar más algunos otros detalles como limpieza.

Centralt beläget lägenhetshotell med bra kommunikationer med trådbuss ett par hållplatser från Astoria m fl. Ganska vanlig standard utan under- eller övertoner. Lite oklar incheckning med två olika nummer på gatan. Sammantaget okej för några dagar!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were kind of tight, though. The property is located in a busy part of the city and it could feel a bit sketchy at night. However, the street were the apartments are located is safe and quiet enough. The people at the front desk were very nice. It was a good stay!

넓고 안락한 침실과 작지만 편안한 거실이 있는 숙소입니다. 난방도 잘 되는 편이라 숙소 안에 있으면 추위를 느낄 수 없습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나옵니다. 근처에 맥도날드가 있어 밤에 출출할 때 야식을 먹으러 멀리 안 나가도 됩니다. 또 근처에 있는 Corvin Plaza는 Westend만큼은 아니지만 필요한 생필품과 과일이나 음료 등 식품을 구입하기 좋은 곳입니다. 다만 체크인하는 곳과 숙소가 다른 건물에 있어 보다 자세하고 친절한 안내가 이뤄진다면 좋을 것 같습니다.

We liked that this Apart. Hotel, Kisfaludy str. 18 is situated in a central area of Budapest, easy access 5 min. walk to tram, bus, metro and taxi just on the corner of Kisfaludy str. on the 32-esek Tere. However, we did not like the apartment bed-room we received for 3 night and on the 2nd day we discovered that the room was wet and dump. We realized that the plaster-work and paint was heavily peeling quite a big area of the wall, behind the computer desk due to the damp/dank. We notified the receptionists about the issue, they accepted, but replacement room was not offered. Furthermore, the room was hardly wider than the bed width, it was difficult to get in-out of the bed, we had to crawl in-out of bed. There was not bedside cabinet, would not fit in. I never come back again in Maple Tree Apartments and do not recommend to anyone.

Helpful staff

Very helpful staff.. Apartment is nice and clean. Only minor things is that bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. The apartment is perfect for a larger group or a family.
