"The house was listed as electric property which it could’ve been. However the pool area was disgusting. All the furniture was old. You couldn’t even sit on it. I never use that section. The kitchen was fine however, coffee makers didn’t work and the table would decide for children. I don’t know what they were thinking about that. They did have a lovely dining room area where I didn’t use that considering I was here by myself there weren’t enough towels in the master bedroom. I did find extra...

"An amazing place in a great location. Anyone looking for a great time and game time, the Cardinal's stadium and all of the local attractions, are with in walking distance. The host is very attentive and helpful with any questions."

"if was difficult finding the unit due to the address numbers. We were on the third floor due to safety concerns but trying to lug a large/heavy luggage up three flights of stairs without an elevator would be impossible for many! parking was available but don’t look for a parking pass…there isn’t one. the location was perfect to walk to the stadium to the concert."

"We had a fantastic one-week stay at this property! The owners, Dean and Erin, were incredibly communicative and sent helpful text messages throughout our visit to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was exceptionally clean and fully stocked—from the kitchen to the laundry room to the outdoor patio and pool. The house provided very essential for cooking, washing, and relaxing. We especially loved the pool; having the heat included made for a perfect swimming experience. The...

""I am highly disappointed with my experience . They refuse to rent to local residents, which was never made clearly upfront. To make matters worse, they did not want to return my money after denying me service. Be very careful booking here if you live in the area, as their policies and customer service regarding refunds are completely unacceptable.""

"Central to everything. Bob was very responsive. "

"Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome."

"The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in...
