"We checked in for the night because we, like so many others, had lost power due to the storms. upon our check in that evening, the gentleman working the front desk was congeal, helpful and truly pleasant. He got us checked in quickly and directed us too the best location to park for our room. Once we got settled, we found the tv to be not working. A call down to the front desk had this gentleman up to our room in under five minutes to fix the problem (someone had moved the cables on the back...
