"The hotels location was great for us as it was in a lovely area and on the bus route to phantasialand. However of a night the restaurant food options were not very good. A lot of restaurants were closed mid week within the area. We stayed for 3 nights and not once in this time did the room get cleaned or towels refreshed. "We stayed at this hotel during a two day visit to Phantasialand and chose it due to being about a quarter of the price of an onsite hotel, which also being conveniently located. The hotel itself is basic but everything you need. The room was very spacious, clean and had loads of natural light. The bathroom was very spacious with a walk in shower. "Very huge room but no fan or air conditioning at the room we stayed. Staffs are very attentive and trying to help:). It will be nice to have at least fans in the room summer time because we didn’t sleep well with heat 89 degrees during the day and room was super hot."

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."
