Overbooked

When we showed up to check in for our confirmed reservation, they said they had overbooked and didn't have a room for us (or for the other party checking in right ahead of us). They sent us to a "sister property", the Two Medicine Inn, about 20 minutes away. The employees were nice, but the experience wasn't the best. The room was reasonably clean, but the door on our side of the connection to the next room was completely missing, and just "sealed" shut with duct tape, which didn't feel super safe. I'm glad we had a place to sleep, but beware overbooking.

Not good at all - WiFi did not work the entire time, cleanliness was uncertain, and I could barely sleep at night with all of the activity from locals in the area. Will not be staying ever again.

I didn’t even get to check in, I had to find another room!!! Went to check in, there was a sign saying that they would be back, but no one manned the desk. I got scammed out of my money!!!!

A great location for going to East Glacier. The hotel was very dated but kept as clean as they probably could! Very friendly front desk staff!

Glacier fantastic, hotel horrible!

When I arrived at 3pm was told to come back at 4. The exterior of the business was in sad shape. Young people hanging around smoking, giving me an uneasy feeling. When I opened the door a horrible smell came out. Didn't dare sit in the old smelly chair, luckily brought my own pillow. Didn't stay the last night, water heater went out the day before. No breakfast as advertised, people partying outside my room lighting fireworks and fighting. One young woman trying to keep everything going, overwhelmed. Couldn't get my money back and move on. This place looked nothing like the pictures on the booking site. I've traveled a lot, worst experence ever.

You get what you pay for, this was a great place to crash and I genuinely enjoyed the jet tub in the bedroom. It felt a bit dirty and dingy.
