"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn during our weekend in New York City! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...

"Beautiful modern chic"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."

"This is a unique hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient for catching the ferry. I would absolutely stay there again."

"First of all, the place was completely overpriced the weekend we were there. The only amenity worth anything is the rooftop space. The neighborhood is on the edge of rundown, but a couple blocks east and north it gets better. I will say the coffee was actually good (worth going down to LL for rather than the Keurig). Both check in and...

"It's great for a short stay"

"Excellent customer service, clean and well maintained rooms. Quiet. Great location. Will definitely stay here again."

"Staff was great. Room wasn’t impressive."

"Initially, I booked an accessible room at the hotel's Flatbush Avenue location. However, when I reserved the room, it was actually for a different branch of the same hotel. After reviewing photos of the bathroom at the alternate location, I noticed the reserved room featured a walk-in shower, so we chose to proceed with the reservation. What impressed me most about this hotel was the staff's genuine warmth and accommodation. The check-in representative was particularly friendly and welcoming....

"In a great location"

"No one was friendly or greeted me when I checked in. At check in, no one advised of amenities. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. Mirror had stained writing on it (looked like it had been graffiti that was washed, but could still see it). Shower pressure was really low— worst I’ve ever seen at any hotel. On my final night there when I came back, I noticed housekeeping didn’t close the door after servicing the room. It was very alarming noticing the open door of my hotel room at 11pm. My...
