"I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks."

"Loved everything! Never done B&B and I think I was spoiled. Spacious room, Nice bed, pillows, lighting, t.v, jacuzzi tub, or shower and an eclectic mix of items and paintings/photos to look at. Also you will not get breakfast like that at a hotel. Served when YOU are ready to eat. My kind of place. Martin and Petra are kind and direct hosts. If they were all like this I would NEVER stay in a hotel again."

Parking was plentiful, the bed was VERY comfortable, and plenty of space in the bathroom. "This hotel has lots of parking and has some outdoor seating. Great lobby with lots of seating areas for lounging or having your breakfast. The rooms are very nice, clean and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is included which is great. Very good pricing as well. The staff is excellent and very responsive. We would book there again for sure."

Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. I had to bring my luggage from satires three flight down, no help. They...

"Property is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Port Perry. There is a covered walkway to the casino and lots of parking. Note that the restaurant only has a buffet on the weekend, which was not mentioned on the website when we looked at it shortly before our arrival. Room was very nice and spacious, as was the bathroom."

"Great stay. From the highly responsive and helpful staff to the well stocked studio rooms to the incredible cleanliness, the hotel did not miss. We needed an accessible room for my parents and the team really delivered. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of options that continued to be replenished frequently. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again on our next visit."
