"We had an overall great stay at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Traveling with a larger group, it was super helpful that they set us up with two side-by-side rooms for my parents and myself with the kids. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. A few quick notes for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side and there isn't a hot tub, but the incredible views from the 32nd-floor bar easily made up for it! Parking is on the pricier side as expected for downtown, but having unlimited in-and-out privileges made getting around the city very convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The location is absolutely perfect. We were walking distance to museums (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center), a soccer festival for World Cup (Public Square), Guardians game at Progressive Field and tons of delicious restaurants and breweries. The hotel is wonderful - this is the place for you!"

"room was clean and well taken care of 10/10. bed was uncomfortable, 6/10. personal preference? ammenities were great except for patio being closed. no bar/fireplace. 5/10 staff was great 10/10 we we're upgraded to the 23rd floor and m club access. 10/10 location was great 10/10 valet was good. 7/10. only because they moved me driver seat Overall, 7/10. would not book again, just because of the bed. otherwise , excellent"

"Staff and check in was wonderful. 1 bathroom light was burnt out, and there was no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in. Also found a packet of sauce by the tv stand, and a candy paper under the chair on the room. Thank god the bathroom and beds were clean. But the floor could have definitely been cleaned better."
