"The hotel’s location was very near to food, amenities and the west lake area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff, extremely helpful. A small con is that major construction of a new building is taking place directly in front of the hotel which contributed to construction noise."

"Great location, great value hotel in such a beautiful city. Strongly recommend."

"Good location. close most tourists interested places"

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"The pool is under renovation. The breakfast is okay. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Location is a little out of the main happenings. The price does not reflect the quality."

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"The hotel had no doorman to help us with the luggage when we got off the car. It was dim at night in the lobby, elevator and hallways to guest rooms. The air smelt like light mode in some places. There’s not enough variety for the breakfast."

"另外酒店有接駁車去川沙站，可以轉乘地鐵"

"I do not consider this hotel a Shangri-La hotel due to the lack of services like the lobby closing at 10:30 PM for the last call, the room serivce last call is 11 PM, lack of basic things in the lobby like danish pastry, croissant, and etc which is for all the International guests is the basic things you could find in any international hotel. All the best"

"Albergo pulito nuovo con colazione a buffet buona"

"كانت اقامه جدا رائعه وموقع الفندق جدا ممتاز والخدمه كذلك"
