"Given a room next to elevator that developped a scratching or screeching noise everytime anyone used it. Place was busy so could not get different riom and neither Expedia or Premier Inn gust services made it clear how to get some compensation. For four nights we could not enjoy the room or sleep well ."

"When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready but when the reception saw that my wife had a visual impairment they put us in a disability rom on the ground floor which was very handy. I did find the safety bar in the bathtub to be awkwardly placed however. The meal choices in the restaurant were good and if you rebook your meals you get a good discount. Their happy hour drink offer is quite good too. They had coffee and tea items available at reception so that you could restock your room yourself."
