Snapper Unit 4 is in a good location, easy walking to Frenchman's beach, Gorge walk and Main beach, 10 mins walking to Blue Room cafe, Loaves at the Point bakery, Fishes restaurant, gelati bar and small supermarket, and a short bus ride to Cylinder. Stradbroke Island Bus stops are conveniently nearby, so no worries if you don't arrive by car. The buses run a regular and reliable service. Unit was generally well-maintained and very clean on arrival. Kitchen has a good range of cups, plates, cutlery, pans etc to allow for some self-catering along with appliances (toaster, coffee pod machine, microwave). Bed was comfortable and large wall-mounted TV in lounge. Air-con was not needed during stay, but noted air-con unit is in lounge area. Quality Zero Co cleaning products (kitchen/bathroom/laundry), handwash and bodywash provided. Bathroom tends to get a bit wet with water from the shower as there is no shower curtain. Property has good on-site laundry facilities (shared with other units). Unit has an outdoor deck, great in the morning and evening, but catches the full sun in the afternoon. Bedroom faces the road, but only occasional vehicle noise at night. Property where unit is located has a short but slightly steep driveway entrance that some people may find difficult. Ray White Team were great with the communication, and arrival / departure was easy. Great, relaxing place to stay, and hope to visit again.
