Located on the Northern side of the Ovens River in a quiet street, Rivers Reach is the perfect base for your Alpine adventure.
Rivers Reach is easy walking distance to town, with the Ovens River and Centenary park at the back gate.
This three-bedroom home is set on a good size block, with a spacious, well fenced yard and plenty of room for the whole family.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
BEDROOM 1 – 1 x King bed, reverse cycle air con, TV & ensuite
BEDROOM 2 – 1 X Queen bed, reverse cycle air con, built in robe
BEDROOM 3 – 1 x single bunk

All linen and towels provided.

*There is a pull-out sofa bed off the loungeroom. If you require this for your stay you must request this upon booking so linen can be organised. If it is requested last minute it may not be possible.*

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook up a storm, with electric cooking, dishwasher and butler style pantry.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Two living areas with free Foxtel and Wifi make Rivers Reach comfortable for the whole family. The main living room is set up with leather sofas, Blu- Ray player and TV.

HEATING & COOLING
Across the property, there are three reverse cycle units, one in the living area and two of the bedrooms. There are wool blankets for each bed stored in the wardrobes to cater for those cold winter nights. Both Bathrooms have heaters

BATHROOMS
There is an ensuite and a second bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet.

LAUNDRY
Guests have access to laundry facilities, with a washing machine, clothes dryer and a clothes airer.

OUTDOORS
The covered patio area overlooking the grassy yard has an outdoor setting for 6 as well as gas BBQ perfect for the summer nights. Well fenced back yard.
Please no smoking indoors or near open windows and doors.

PARKING
There is undercover parking and of course a shed, making this property cycle friendly.
