"Was fairly easy to find, conveniently located if you are going to the Christmas Market int he Ravine. Although the email said we had to collect the key from the safe due to late check in, there was someone at the reception who not only checked us in but walked us to the room & showed us around. Room itself was clean, cosy & warm. added bonus was there is ZERO light pollution so the night ky was amazing!"

"We had a fantastic stay and I’d recommend it. Check in was fast and friendly. Location is absolutely stunning, with great views and walks right outside the hotel. The room we were in was nice but a little dated , bathroom was modern with a great shower and plenty towels too.
