Within a short stroll of the beach and having lovely views over the surrounding countryside, including distant sea glimpses over the dunes, this comfortable apartment is situated on the second floor of an impressive, detached property. Overlooking a large, shared lawn and garden, it is ideal for small families or couples looking for a comfortable base within an easy half-mile of the village pubs, shops and cafes.
As this apartment is at the top of the building it features some sloping ceilings in parts adding a touch of style and character. The living room is a lovely space, featuring huge picture windows with soft cushioned window seats, making the room light and bright while the dining table and chairs affords you lovely views during mealtimes. The bright kitchen also has a breakfast bar and a door leading out onto the spacious balcony - complete with seating and loungers so you can dine alfresco or relax on a summer's evening. Enjoy distant sea glimpses from the double bedroom and the twin bedroom benefits from a door out onto the balcony. A modern bathroom completes the facilities.
