"Great location, clean decent size room for 4 adults, and great view."

"Overall a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Decor was nice. Very conveniently located to train station and to the town highlights. They are strict about not getting your room before check-in at 3 pm which can be inconvenient depending on arrival schedules. There is no mini-fridge in the room nor a safe. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very disappointing experience. Before our stay, I emailed the property to ask if the rooms had air conditioning because we were traveling during very hot weather. I never received a response. When we arrived, we spoke with the front desk staff, and they confirmed that the property does not have air conditioning. Because of this, we could not stay there. "Beautiful location, very clean room. Great view of the Moselle river and the surrounding spectacular landscape. Great dining and breakfast. Unfortunately we did not dine at the nicely set up white-linen Restaurant except breakfast. We were unaware (or did not read the fine prints) that we should have called ahead if we are arriving after 6 PM on the first night of check-in. We arrived late due to late start from Frankfurt. But the owners were kind enough to check us in. The only major draw back...
