"Room was mostly clean, can see some stains on the carpet. Furniture are outdated, one of the drawers on the cabinet kept sliding open. Digestive cookie in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast was ok! When we came down at 8:30 the breakfast room was empty. I found 1 cream cheese and asked the lady if they had anymore and she said it was the last one. 😬"

"I had a very concerning experience at Comfort Inn Brandon. During my stay, I discovered clear signs of bed bugs in the room. I was bitten multiple times, especially on my neck and arms, and even noticed a bug near the pillow. Due to this serious hygiene issue, I had to leave the hotel immediately in the middle of the night and find another place to stay. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and inconvenience. I have photo evidence of the bites and what I observed in the room. I strongly recommend that management address this issue urgently to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."

"Breakfast was good. Like the waffle maker and you can get fresh fruit. Good variety of items to eat. The side of building had no camera by the door. Wasn’t comfortable parking there. There was one camera but it was showing a trailer that was parked there. "

"Stayed here last minute one night. Didn't get an opportunity to us the hot tube pool area but it look reasonable. Room was clean only issue was probably the curtains being on the ground floor in front of the carpark there is no net curtains and the curtains themselves didn't close the greatest so just the issue of privacy/security was our concern. Breakfast was basic. We had a person with a gluten allergy and unfortunately there was very little options in fact none really that was suitable to eat. Its on the main highway and further out of the main town. We walked over to BPs for food, you just need to be careful as there is literally no safe area for pedestrians to cross. Overall for the stop we were making it was fine."

"Very noisy for 2 nights staying there. Had to call the front desk > 5 times to ask for them to speak to other guests staying on same floor. Partying happening, kids running in hallways and banging on doors till 2 am. I got very little sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there and the front desks excuse was it was kids hockey families staying in hotel. I don’t care who it is making the noise - kick them out then "

"Everything about this place is amazing, very clean, very comfortable, kitchen has Everything you need to cook a gourmet meal! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
