"Service was terrible, receptionist lied to me saying I could check in early on the phone but when arriving they say they did not say that. We were supposed to get one bedroom and a big sofa bed but when we checked in our room we did not get any of that we booked so it is a scam! Do not book this hotel!"

"They give this hotel a four star I will get this hotel a two star. It’s not the cleanest hotel you smell weed when you’re end of the building phone doesn’t work. You have to call the front desk to learn how to use the shower the people at the front desk, get very agitated."

"They over booked themselves and made us change rooms ever night with no warning. Just knocking on the door and “you all have to be out of this room in 15mins” was crazy and they were so so rude about it. Never offered anything to compensate us for the hassle. 3 different rooms. A different room each night. Crazy. We got so disorganized and lost so much stuff because of how they made us rush to vacate the room because of THEIR issues. No apologies. No thanking us for moving in 15 mins. No nothing just rudeness and disrespect. Also the rooms were dirty. There was lettuce on the desk, hair in the bathroom, and the trash full when we checked in to our room."

"Staff member who was supposed to be the manager by the name of Yannik, not even sure if he gave the correct name. We had the room for a night. We did a prom send off and picture taking. that person hovered over my guests like a vulture. Then when it was over, my husband and I went out for the evening and our 19 yr old granddaughter was in the room alone. The manager knocked on the door twice threatening to put her out because we wasn't in there. He literally harassed my baby until we returned. So due to such an awful experience, we ended up checking out at 3 am. I am truly due a refund."
