I was going up to Maryland from Texas for my Mother's funeral. I'm a smoker so a smoking room was a must. The room had a lot of history in it! The WiFi seemed to be shared with a neighbor hotel link. Bathroom was clean and even a spare roll of toilet paper!

Great location directly across from Andrews AFB. Plenty of stores, restaurants and public transportation nearby. My only gripe is that the heater in my room was subpar, so I asked to be switched to another room, which they did, but I still was a little cold. I ended up buying one of those portable heaters from Target to make my room warmer.

It was an easy smooth check in and I’m so glad about that. I wanted to use the laundry services you all offer so the young lady said that the machines where not workin so I had to reserve in order to save myself so I get it I wish they had there old rewards program I so liked at program so much better tbh. As a matter of fact once h get him along 2 do his part and things like dat let’s just say babie boi it’s all of u 4 me tbh boo boo. Chile 4 now!

Staff member (Dior) was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. Previously broken towel rack, fell off the wall (thankfully did not hit anyone). She ensured it was fixed that day. However, when we returned to the room that evening, house keeping had not come to our room. We had to go to the office for clean towels and trash was overflowing. Also, when we got to the room the first day, had to ask for additional towels (there were towels for two people; there were four people registered for that room). Saw a bug in the bathroom; most likely if there was one, there were more. The property was worn and rundown (for example, outside doors did not close properly). The bed spreads/covers had stains, the pillows were half size/small, and the sheets were very wrinkled. Did not get answers when tried to call the office from the room or from an outside phone (home or cell). Continental breakfast was good.

Yes, the National Park is close by along with spots and places where you can go to have a great time. But once I got there to check-in at Rodeway the young last had did everything and I was about to get assigned and room and I tell her it's a Gift Card but she was not hearing that and no this is not her fault it's the company's fault because in this real world we live in not everybody has a bank account and or card let alone one with a damn chip in it like only banks have those so with all that being done I was not able to check into the room like I had planned to do I had the money but you all are just against gift cards and bank cards which has chips in them, Come on though y'all let's make it make some sense please and thank you.

Reminds you of a hotel from a low budget 80s movie it smelled of mildew and I’m 100% sure the place had bedbugs me and my wife did not stay

A Great hotel nanager

At first I was upset of wifi not covering my room and then I reported to reception talked to manager. Then they got me a better room. I found it amazing in total especially its breakfast. I appreciate the hotel manager and the receptionist. They are great in their job.

The hotel is very dirty and smells like an old dirty ashtray. The sheets are dingy and filled with holes and the towels are all stained - even the new clean ones from the house keepers.

Da Stay!

I loved it always as painless as possible I checked in got my key went 2 my room and chilled. The TV in the room would not come on for me but other than that the stay was great I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
