"Every staff member we talked to were very kind, professional and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room service meals were delicious and hot. The only complaints we have is that there was no microwave in the room and the price of the room."

"The staff was helpful, but some housekeeping didn't seem to show they were interested in being helpful when questions were asked of them. The manager of the housekeeping staff on my floor was very helpful when we asked for help with our room's heating/air-conditioning unit. One of the desk clerks sent me in the wrong direction when I asked how to get to my car parked at the back of the hotel. (It was not in the basement.) Another one led me in the right direction and I found my car."
