The room was clean and the staff were friendly, plus a free breakfast was included. Room118 was an excellent handicap accessible room with access right next to a handicap parking space with an electric vehicle port right there as well. We’ve stayed at other hotels in this area that were a lot more expensive, and this hotel stands above all of them in service amenities and friendly friendliness of staff.

The first room we had had little hairs all over the room; then toilet ended up not flushing. Had to switch rooms at midnight to find hairs all over the room and bathroom. As check out happened, I forgot my MacBook 15 ft charger and three days has passed and no one has "reported it" to lost and found. Breakfast was good; but the mattress wasn't comfortable enough and resulted in back pain.
