She was working on something and didn’t even look up for quite a while and then told us she would be with us in a minute, and we waited even longer. Seemed like she could have stopped & acknowledged us right away. The gentleman taking luggage to our room was super friendly& a great face for the hotel."

Very good but not exceptional, and why does the music have to be so loud in the lobby, even at 6.30 in the morning. I feel for the staff as much as the clientele."
