"Pretty basic and generally fine, with a couple of frustrations. On check-in, our bathroom had a tiny amount of shower gel and toilet roll left, and only 1 large and 1 small towel (for 2 people). We asked for more and were given 2 little bars of soap instead of shower gel. On the 3rd morning we were down to the last of shower gel and loo roll and requested more. When we returned later that night it had not been replenished so we had to ask again. It was frustrating having to constantly ask for...

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, but my overall experience was disappointing. My biggest issue was the room being uncomfortably hot. Staff explained that the air conditioning was set to heating for the entire hotel and could not be switched to cooling. Their only suggestion was to open the window, which I was uncomfortable doing. "We were somewhat disappointed. We chose this location over Roissy en France because it seemed to have larger rooms and nicer ambience than airport hotels. We really looked forward to the hotel having a restaurant available but it is not open it appears on SUN/Mon which we did not know in advance. That would mean ubers everywhere. No village to speak of, no where to eat without a 15min UBER ride. This was a problem. We were led to believe there would be an airport shuttle but that is a...
