"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. "Everything was great. The staff were very courteous and pleasant to be around. The only thing that was really hard to deal with was the 300 stairs that you have to endure getting in and out of the hotel. But once you get too your room in which every room has an ocean front view which is stunning. "
