"The hotel was clean and updated. The room is perfect for a family having multiple rooms. The pool is right next to the basketball court for easy watching of multiple children. The surrounding area is very beautiful with restaurants and storea all in a walking distance. I will try to stay here anytime I fly down to Sarasota. By far my best exoeriejce."

"The house is super colorful and fun. Well equipped with cooking pot and pans etc. great laundry facilities. Pool is warm and the shed has beach chairs, toys, umbrellas etc. pool is enclosed with a bug screen. So it stays nice. Beds are soft and comfy. It was clean but a deep clean under the couches and couch cushions would be good. The neighbor 2 doors down was not nice when we parked in front of his house. However, the police he called explained to him that it is not against the law to park on a public street. After that there were no issues. Neighborhood is a nice quite area. "
