"Elite club status is a must for this resort. We found out it was not an option for us once we were at resort because we booked through Expedia. Which meant no special arrangements for celebrations that we came to celebrate and no ocean view rooms. We have stayed at othe riu's in past and booked though Expedia and enjoyed ocean view rooms so this was a disappointment that guests were segregated by the way they booked this resort. Everything else about the resort was great aside not being eligible for elite club benefits due to the way we booked our trip. We were told we could only be elite club if we booked direct or with a travel agent not through a third party like Expedia, very disappointed with this!"

"Decent service and fair price but not excellent. Very roomy with large living room and great balcony overlooking the ocean and the Arch. High quality and strong air conditioners, but one of the toilets was leaking emanating a smell, and the showers in the bathrooms were very different one with a high flow and one with a very low water flow. For the price I would recommend this place. "

"This place is amazing. The pool and the hot tub were in great shape. The entire house is perfect.Location is also perfect. Very short, walk to the beach. Shirley and Dennis on the property management team were very helpful very communicative and responsive. 10/10 would repeat!"
