"When we arrived the property was very unclean and smelt of wet/rotting trash. We noticed the trash and recycling bins were completely full, we looked closer at the cleanliness of the property and it seems that the only "cleaning" done before we arrived was to change used bedding and towels. The property lists two bathrooms which is inaccurate. It is 1 1/2 bath (2 showers and 1 toilet). "In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. "

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."
