The guy that works the office. Is very professional. Talks kindly and very informative. There's no real room service. You yourself supply everything from tissue to trash bags. Lots of hidden fees if you don't follow the rules, be aware. Non smoking non smoking. Very quiet spot, and private.

We had a wonderful time visiting BHam! The unit was perfect for our stay - small, but had everything my husband and I needed including a comfy bed, great shower and great food nearby. The secure unit, easy communication with Jeff and accessible parking were a plus!
