"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"We had an amazing stay, the host was very responsive and helpful when needed. We were luckily able to check in early, which was truly a blessing. I highly recommend staying here - lovely experience! Only flaw is going up multiple flights of stairs with large luggage."

"Clean new well equipped apartment Prime location"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The location was great. The place was extremely clean, modern, and clearly recently renovated, with a fresh and comfortable feel throughout. It was also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, organized, friendly, and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful, modern, spotless, spacious and very well-equipped place in a great...

"A spacious, bright, airy apartment. Very clean and modern and the air conditioning worked flawlessly - I can’t say that about too many places we’ve stayed. It’s about a 20min walk into Como old town but we really appreciated getting away from the touristy part of town at the end of the day - plus seeing a more authentic Italy. The host is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"APARTEMENT FANTASTIQUE REGION DE CHARME"

"Overall a nice place to stay. Large room. Unusual decor. Comfortable bed. Good location. No real amenities. No room service, bar, restaurant, morning coffee service. Had to walk to get coffee every day."

"The staff knock the door very rude and they open with out permission. We talk to them and we ask for 5 more min and they were pretty mad."
