This was unfortunately not what we had hoped for on our honeymoon. I cannot fault the staff who were incredibly helpful, especially Elisabetta. The property itself however is extremely disappointing and the breakfast was below average. The hotel itself is up a steep hill and surrounded by building works. The hotel has not lift and would not be good for anyone with accessibility issues. We felt it was over priced and very inauthentic. The sister hotel just round the corner looked a much nicer place to stay, it was a shame to have stayed 2 nights of our short trip there.

A hidden treasure!

This is our favourite hotel in Como! A beautiful Villa and boutique hotel with a lovely garden! We have stayed here 3 times and just love it! Beautiful rooms, really good beds and very clean! Only 5 min walk to the Cathedral - just love it!

This property has a lovely pool area and a cozy common area, for breakfast or after dinner drinks. The staff was wonderful. It is a short walk to the old town of Como and Lago di Como.

The best place to stay in Como

This is a true hidden gem in Como. The rooms, service, staff, breakfast and location are second to none. Elizabetta is the true definition of a host. Wonderful pool and gardens are the cherry on the top.

This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!
