"The property is first class, in a top location with all amenities on your doorstep. Accommodation was perfect for both long and short stays,which worked particularly well for us. Property was clean,tidy with everything you need to enjoy your stay as well as a laundry that allows you to return home with the most of your clothes clean and a kitchen whereby you do not need to bring anything except your groceries to place in the fridge freezer or pantry or take a 1 minute walk to the restaurants bars and café. Kirsty was great showing us around the property prior to moving in and explaining about the complex. Highly recommend this place."

"Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well."

"the good points : The property is very nice and the views are remarkable . The location is ideally located close to beautiful parks beaches and restaurants and cafes and supermarkets . The person managing the property ( Irene ) did a very good job in terms of communication both before and during our stay . The property is ideal for a couple and I guess could work with 2 couples ( or 4 people) but has only one bathroom. The not so good points : the property is not exactly kept very clean ...we found the oven left unclean from previous usage , the trash bin full from previous stay and the main gate malfunctioned from day one . The positive of that is that Irene got someone to fix it as soon as possible. Depending on your age or the condition of your back ...ALL the mattress in the property range from soft to VERY soft ...you might find that , as we did , rather uncomfortable . If you can work around the above issues then you will definitely enjoy the property ."
