"The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms."

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"Great location. Perfect Maine in atmosphere."

"Clean room great AC friendly staff great parking excellent location to area attractions"

"So nice having the breakfast and was perfectly located"

"Parking coastal spot"

"Everything was wonderful. Best staff around Thank you again for another great stay!"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were polite. The complimentary breakfast was fair with limited choice. Convenient location and the price was right."

"The staff at the Grand Hotel was very warm and welcoming! The lobby was decorated tastefully and there was a display of lovely artwork from local artists. We had the cozy King room which had a very nice, updated, modern bathroom with a toasty heated floor which was such a treat. The hotel was clean and included free parking and a continental breakfast and we felt very safe as you had to use your key to enter the building and the elevator. The location was the best as we walked out the door and...

"The Inn is clean and the beds are comfortable, but it was very noisy; Toddlers should never be placed on the second floor! The breakfast was disappointing. Overall, overpriced."
