"One staff member is rude feels as though he can scream at guests as he wishes .. I had a 50$ deposit on a room that had roaches and burn holes in bedding and floors and holes in curtains ..charged for two beds wen only needed 1 . Charged for service animal and towels and wash cloths are dingy and the faucets in the bathroom all leaked ..toilet overflowed and I had to use towel for clean up and they kept my deposit .. I got shocked from the bedside lamp that was missing one lamp and wires...
