"Fine for 1 night; but not sure if I would stay longer. Property was under maintenance and back parking lot seemed a bit sketchy. Tiny fitness room had broken glass on the floor. Staff was friendly but asked many more questions than usual at check in (could be because someone was training though). 2/3 of the outlets in the room didn’t work and one that did had a fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker all plugged into it (not exactly the safest). Breakfast was fine but was a bit on the cheaper side with options and they seemed very concerned about people taking food from it. I also had to send them a reminder I checked out at 9am that day when they followed up with me later in the evening asking when I was leaving. Room was clean and convenient. Parking above was fine and many amenities around. So just ok."

"Horrible experience. Was denied check-in because I complained about a misleading fee on their website. After paying the fee, I was told that I was not welcome to stay there. Was told I was going to be escorted away by police. Was a difficult process to get a refund from Hotels.com, even though it was not my fault that I was denied the accommodation. By far the worst experience I have ever had in the hospitality industry."
