"The hotel location is very convenient. Some parts of the hotel look like they could use some maintenance: the pool and bathrooms throughout the hotel. We would stay again however, if guests are paying for parking it would be helpful to have EV charging available."

"Just what we needed for a quick trip to Bethany while visiting UofD. We had our teens with us and they were able to each find a corner. We’ve been coming for many years but are usually in a different area. Loved being close to town, restaurants, and beach. Home was very spacious and views were amazing to the marsh. House has bare minimum, which we expected so we needed to rent linens, towels. Although areas of the home have been clearly and beautifully updated, some areas need updating-pillows, deck, bikes, beach chairs/buggy. Power wash should be part of regular maintenance of porch/deck as birds love the area too. We weren’t able to be outdoors as much as we would have liked. Owner was quick and responsive to a few questions I had. We had a great time."

"We have loved staying in Bethany West for 5 summers. This was our first time at this property and it was great. Plenty of sleeping space, good sized kitchen, and access to the community pool and tennis courts and trolley. We did have to bring our own beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, but everything else that we needed for our stay was available at the house. We had no issues or concerns and only communicated with Nick prior to our arrival. When we did he was always very responsive. Thanks for a great week!"

"We had a great stay with no issues at this home. We had to baby proof a bit for little kids but we made it work. It was easy to cross the street to the beach which was a short walk, and the beach and pool weren’t too crowded. It was perfect for a quiet family beach trip. The house was clean, beautiful, and spacious with so many balconies! It was nice to have the chairs and beach wagon as well as easy parking. I also appreciated the supplies in the kitchen. I would recommend this home!"
