I have stayed here twice in the last six weeks and both times were wonderful. The breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC and it's $10 a person. "At midnight there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom. Although the staff member that helped us was very thoughtful and helpful, there was neither an apology or compensation from the hotel itself which one would expect after everything we had on the bathroom counter was soaked and having to pack up everything at one in the morning to switch rooms."

"The room was small but great value price wise. It’s a nice spot for a couple just visiting for a day or two. The bathroom was really tight but we managed. Only complaint I had was the fact that the heat is controlled for the entire building. It was freezing in the room because they said it was out of season to have the heat on in May (ppl are still wearing coats in Chicago in May lol) but they were nice enough to provide a space heater which made it comfortable! Would stay again."

"The hotel did not have working internet. When we called the front desk and asked about the internet, the staff did not say much about it other than they would have the morning reset the router. We're not sure if they ever reset the router however during our entire stay the internet would not work, and I was trying to get some work done while I was there and unable to do it due to this issue. This one lack of amenity is a reason I would never stay there again and the staff not addressing it in a more concerned manner lent itself to add on to the problem. When I pay $250 for a room for a night I expect the internet to work. Also at about 4:15 in the morning there was an entire group of people just screaming at each other in the Halls. I'm sure I wasn't the only room to hear this yelling and this was not also something that they stop took any interest in in offering an apology for the extreme and lengthy middle of the night noise."
