"We had a wonderful stay at Art Legacy Hotel Baixa! Beautifully designed hotel with stylish, comfortable rooms and a fantastic location in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. A truly charming boutique hotel with great attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!"

"A beautiful hotel in the core of the city close to all the key neighborhoods. It’s very fresh with restaurants and a lounge for after hours. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. When I first arrived, I had to finish a work call and the attendant brought me some sparkling wine. It was such a nice touch."

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"The hotel location is excellent and close to city center. room was well equipped, however it is very small. There is no space to open the bag or to lay the handbags. Even the closets were very tiny."

"Fantastic location . Breakfast buffet was excellent"

"prime location"

"We did have problems with our room but were upgraded right away. The hotel is located in a great place to walk around Lisbon or catch the tram or other means of transportation. It is very beautifully decorated and has a wonderful breakfast!!! We stayed for three nights. Definitely we’ll come back"

"In general the property is clean, though we found there was some dry stains on bed sheet. As soon as we raised with a hotel staff member, it was changed straightway. A staff member, Hector (sorry, if I misspelled his hame), should be commended for his enthusiasm about visting Lisbon. Right after checking in us, he offered detailed suggestions about touring Lisbon and they turned out to be very useful. Many thanks!"
