The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. "This was a lovely hotel, with fridge and kettle, and unexpectedly, a balcony. I don't know if it was just my phone, but I couldn't very often get wifi in my room. The staff were surprised at this, although it did say on the tourist board website that it was only available in public areas. It worked perfectly in the comfortable lobby/lounge area on the ground floor anyway, and also in the outside space nearby, which had a table, chairs, and a paasol. It was about 10 minutes walk from the station and modern town, and not too far from the funicular to the upper town (or there is a bus)"
