"I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and found it adequate, but the property is showing its age and could use some maintenance. Our room had a very wobbly table, a missing electrical outlet cover, visible water stains/damage, and carpets that needed cleaning. "Horrible check in, extremely rude front desk agent. My family of six arrived at 4:30PM an hour and a half after check in! And we were told by this robot that all the rooms with queen beds were dirty and we would have to wait another 30 minutes to go to our room. Imagine being out all day with small children and all you want to do is get to your room and relax and then some employee who should be working for the DMV tells you yeah you're going to have to wait offers no explanation offers no...
