"Dirty towels under ice machine in lobby soaking up leaking water. Carpet in halls stained and visibly dirty. Kids running up and down halls after 10 PM. Went to desk to complain. Supervisor said he was going to go up as 4 other complaints. But it still continued. Said he was going to give up points for a free night but did not receive. Hotel is convenient to UK but we were very disappointed unfortunately. Parking ok as was breakfast."

"Everything was nice. Only thing I didnt like was the rooms are weirdly shaped, so the TV was at an angle that made watching kind of odd, but nothing worth losing a star over. Had a small issue with the TV not wanting to connect, but the front counter helped us reset it and it worked like a charm. Super nice staff. Place overall was a nice stay, nothing that will blow your socks off, but definitely better than some others we've been to around the area."
