"Very nice resort. Lots of great food (Turkish flavor). My only advice would be prior to booking the trip, download the app to see what rides are closed. We went during kid's spring break and over half of the roller coasters were down for maintenance. The waterpark side is only open during the summer months--that's understandable, but the roller coasters, I wish I knew, I would have come at a different time. But overall, very nice resort, my family was full everyday. The rooms were very clean and spacious (family of 4, with 2 elementary aged kids). Recommend and would go again."

"The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!"

"The best part about the property are the staff who will go above and beyond to help you out. Special thanks to the guest services lady on the night shift, Suleyman at Vista & Ivy and Mehmet in Le Buffet for their thoughtful service. The property is vast, has a private beach and is well maintained. The main thing that did not work is that there is only one restaurant that is included as part of the all-inclusive package. This is the buffet restaurant. All À la carte restaurants are paid. However, the buffet timings are quite restrictive. For instance, dinner is only available from 6:30 ion-9pm, which is very limited for an all-inclusive resort, considering that it is the only main dining option. If you miss your meal at 9 PM, then the next option for you would be to either go to one of the paid à la carte restaurants (paid), the pastry bar, or wait for the midnight buffet at 12 AM, which does not work for most people. The lunch hours are from 12:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon which also seems tight. Overall, my main recommendation to the hotel would be to extend its dining hours in the buffet restaurant considerIng it is the only main dining option. Secondly, for anyone who needs a cool room with working air condition, I would highly recommend either booking a landside room or a full Seaview room, at the lower floors, preferably between 3 and 5 if you want a working air conditioner. I would avoid all partial sea facing rooms, especially those on floors 6,7 as these get very hot."

"Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was also clean and spacious. The partial view of the sea was also great and the pool and beach amenities were excellent. The buffet was delicious with a huge selection."

"Room cleanliness can be improved, shower head leaking, bath mixer tap/shower not good at all, either hot or cold. Kitchen and lounge good size but no utensils. Breakfast can be better. Over all, just a very basic room, probably we expected more by reading previous positive reviews and Online pictures. "

"100% book this place. We stayed in the superior duplex swim up rooms and they were excellent and having a heated pool really helped in April. Also a heated water park for the kids was brilliant. Staff are amazing as well. Place was out of this world."
