"We had a great short stay at Kaya Belek hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it looks very tired but it didn’t spoil our time. My only slight disappointment was that the gym didn’t open until 8:30am."

Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Our fourth visit to the Gloria Serenity and it was great to see familiar, friendly staff. It is a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with the important people in your life. As a last chance of some sunshine to take you into the winter months it also ticks the right box and if the sun doesn’t shine there is plenty to keep you occupied and healthy if you choose to be!! All inclusive is the best package and adds to the comfort and relaxation on offer-no need to worry about waiting for the bill....
