Incredible week with the family spent at the pool, Everland (kids club) and beach. The shows were great, food fresh and varied and facilities incredible. This was our 2nd time here and we loved it.

Amazing resort very kid friendly the good is amazing and the room is spacious we stayed in a corner room with sea view. The property has very nice vibe all the staff are friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp ground really helps with your allocated Ela Assistant We tried two of the free restaurant and they were really delicious … the food presentation and quality is definitely higher end and has variety The kid amenities are amazing!! Fantastic Family Stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek We had an excellent stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful lake pool view that made every morning and evening especially enjoyable. We especially appreciated the family-friendly layout, with the kids having their own separate room. It gave everyone extra space, privacy, and comfort, making the holiday even more enjoyable. The resort facilities are excellent and everything is exceptionally well maintained. The grounds, pools, restaurants, and common areas were spotless and clearly cared for to a very high standard. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, always happy to help and ensuring guests felt looked after. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options available at every meal. Service in the restaurants and bars was excellent, adding to the overall experience. The pools were fantastic, and our children absolutely loved the water slides, which provided hours of entertainment. The beach area was beautiful, clean, and well organized. One of our favourite spots was the pier, where we enjoyed relaxing during the day and taking in the views. The bar on the pier was a real highlight and a perfect place to enjoy a drink while watching the sea.

We had the most amazing family holiday. The hotel was recommended to us and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the service was second to none. We had the best holiday and will be coming to stay again. Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. The kidsclub is excellently set up. Our children enjoyed the workshops, had a great time with the kidsclub-staff, they loved the whole space. The hotel in general is very clean and fresh. I couldn't think about anything that we thought that was missing. Best hotel to go for families. We will definitely go back.

I’m giving it a 5 because everything the resort provided was amazing. Only complaint was that we did not know this is one of the top resorts for families. The kids out numbered the adults and sometimes it was overwhelming. We did not know this and I went with my partner to have a romantic getaway. It was really hard to have it be romantic. So great for families ! Bad for couples !

This is a great family resort! I recommend this to everyone specially for those who have kids. The rooms are nice and spacious, the hotel is sorrounded by beautiful and well kept gardens. It’s green and luscious and gives a “chillax” vibe. Everyone working here is service oriented. They always checks on us if we need anything or if we are having a good time. The Ela personal assistant is a nice touch. They makes us feel special and make sure we have everything we needed. I haven’t been outside the hotel because I didn’t have to (we’ve got everything we needed inside), so I can’t comment about the place/tourist sposts around here. The food is good. Buffet and ala carte included! You’ll never get hungry 😄. Teppanyaki, Italian restaurant, mediterranean restaurant and mexican restaurant are the ones we visit and the food is superb! 👍👌 The kids club is amazing! They have a big indoor kids facility which offers different kids of activities for the kids. They have mini disco and kiddy shows on the evening. And ofcourse entertaiment and shows for adults as well. There’s a lot of pool to choose from. They also have childrens pool and aquapark. No fighting over sunbeds here! 😂…It is also a short walk to the beach. They have everything you needed in a holiday. If you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation then this is the hotel for you. We haven’t left yet and I’m already planning of going back here 😂✈️. Recommended! 👍

8 days at Ela Excellence, with nonstop problems. Food is excellent and some staff are wonderful, but there are fundamental problems you don't expect from a five-star resort. Towels/robes were very old; we felt the springs in the rollaway. Housekeeping said our sheets were polyester; Serap, head of housekeeping, later insisted they were sateen cotton. Whatever they were, we sweated nightly. Our 2 kids had food poisoning despite never leaving the resort. When we asked for help getting medicine, the hotel defended itself and suggested we ate elsewhere. Safety/hygiene was concerning: a pool closed for apparent fecal matter while a connected pool stayed open with 50+ swimmers. My daughter had 2 tick bites, and I sat on broken glass in the amphitheater. We saw clear gender bias: no women joined team sports like water polo/volleyball. Staff consistently recruited my husband and 19yo son while skipping my competitive-swimmer daughter. For aquabike, we arrived 25 min early and secured bikes, but Natalya recruited others and gave them ours. Neither she nor Ahmet apologized. Workshops hold ~15 people for 1,000+ beds and were fully booked. Access is a lottery. Galata was terrible: mediocre food, very slow service. Yunus repeatedly brought wrong orders. After 1hr40min, our kids left before their mains arrived. They claimed to be "busy": ~8 tables, 15+ staff. Mr. Hacı, Ms. Sivilya and several waiters/bartenders were excellent, but cannot compensate for these failures. We will not return.

The property itself is lovely. Lots of pools , plenty of sunbeds. Staff are are very helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Th beach is really nice and the pier and bar are great. There is a good activity club and children are especially well catered for in the kids area. Water slides and pools all really nice. À la carte resteraunts for lunch and dinner are well worth eating at.
