"The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, and I couldn't fault the facilities provided. Unfortunately, we did experience a couple of issues during our stay.
There were ants in our room on the 3rd floor, both on the kitchen countertop and in the bathroom, which was disappointing.
We also encountered some confusion regarding payment. The rate we had booked through Expedia was lower than the rate the hotel was trying to charge, and there were several attempts to take the incorrect amount from our bank account. While the issue was eventually resolved, it made the checkout process much longer than it should have been. Travelling with two children and trying to get to the airport, this added stress was far from ideal.
Overall, the room and facilities were very good, but the issues with cleanliness and billing unfortunately detracted from what could have been a much better experience."
