"An upgrade was requested for a better room. I was moved 1 floor down to a premium room as I didn't like the look of the ceiling. The view was not much different as it was only 2 doors down on the lower floor. The new room hand towels in the bathroom had dirty brown stains. When I wiped my face the towels had an awful smell. On entering the bathroom the toilet seat was up as though someone had used the bathroom. The pillow cases on the bed were not clean. They were just turned over to the other side. The housekeeper at the previous room before moving prior did a far better job with the cleaning. Staff were friendly. Lounge was great. Beautifully decorated hotel"

"There is a bar and bistro in the lobby along with a Buffet Restaurant. I have never had such a lovely meal as I did at the Buffet Restaurant. The choices were immense and the food was incredible. I would give this hotel a 10/10!"

"The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, and I couldn't fault the facilities provided. Unfortunately, we did experience a couple of issues during our stay. There were ants in our room on the 3rd floor, both on the kitchen countertop and in the bathroom, which was disappointing. We also encountered some confusion regarding payment. The rate we had booked through Expedia was lower than the rate the hotel was trying to charge, and there were several attempts to take the incorrect amount from our bank account. While the issue was eventually resolved, it made the checkout process much longer than it should have been. Travelling with two children and trying to get to the airport, this added stress was far from ideal. Overall, the room and facilities were very good, but the issues with cleanliness and billing unfortunately detracted from what could have been a much better experience."
